It is so important that everyone has a way to communicate and that we have spaces and services that are inclusive of all different types of communication methods.
I joined NHS Rotherham as a newly qualified therapist in 2009 and I have worked my way up, tried different ways of working, including clinic work, pre-school, stammering and now I work with Special Needs and mainstream and special schools.
